Love Tony–one of the top true genius’ in prog rock—his work alone and with Hackett was so brilliant wish he would do a collaboration with him—he has nothing to prove and can do what he wants–but wish he would see the worth in working with Steve again. The two of them have individually and together wrote some of the most beautiful melodies in prog.

Along with the Hackett interview, this is an interview I’ve waited a long time for. I should look more into Tony’s non-Genesis work. I’m only familiar with bits here and there.

Always good to hear Banks is writing music & a interesting interview about his recent classical work ! As a composer He’s my biggest musical influence next to the The Beatles & Debussy.

This was a fascinating episode. Tony sure knows how to talk! You have to be very quick to catch everything he says.
I am still hoping that at some stage in the future you will discuss some of Tony’s later rock albums. Strictly Inc is my favourite.
