The current Steve Hackett tour is a leg of his ‘Best Of Genesis & Solo Gems Tour 2026,’ which started back in the spring in Europe. I saw him in Paris, and it was quite similar to his previous tours: the first half featured a few of Steve’s solo classics (including a new, unreleased song, ‘The Sea Inside’), and the second half was dedicated to Genesis classics. The only real additions were the new keyboard player and the new drummer, otherwise, there were no real surprises, which was a bit disappointing for a fan like me who attends almost every one of his tours.
Really enjoy these podcasts. Please keep them going…. So many great albums still to cover.
